Pneumatic Control Handle is used to control any air-powered device, like an air balancer.  It has a standard mounting surface so it can replace most existing manufacturers' handles on the market today. These handles share a common handle base with our Pendant Handle option. This allows the control block of the G-force® control handle to be easily integrated with the single pilot valve blocks of the Pneumatic handle product. This handle combination can be used to control end effector functions and the up/down motion of the G-Force® on a single handle.

G-Force® Pendant Handle is a two-button infinitely variable control handle for use with our G-Force® BX unit and the Easy Arm™. It is a no-charge optional alternative to our standard G-Force® slide handle. The buttons of the G-Force® Pendant Control require less than 1 pound of force to depress, making it up to 70% easier than traditional pendants. This reduces the potential for fatigue and repetitive stress injuries of the hand and wrist.

Angled levers: for use on the outer-most valve blocks on 3 and 4 lever Soft Touch handle assemblies. The angled lever brings the outer-most levers closer to the operators thumb to make them easier to reach and therefore more ergonomic.

Infinitely variable: like the gas pedal on a car, the further the control lever is depressed, the faster the G-Force® or Easy Arm™ will go. Very quick response to changes in speed and very precise control at fast or slow speeds

Suspended pendant configuration: the pendant control for the G-Force® hangs from the actuator of the G-Force® or from the secondary arm of the Easy Arm™ and controls the movement of the wire rope as a pendant station.

Remote mount configuration: for mounting the control handle of the G-Force® or Easy Arm™ on end effector tooling structural framework. The control handle (either slide or pendant handle) will move up and down with the end tooling.

Angled levers: for use on the outer-most valve blocks on 3 and 4 lever Soft Touch handle assemblies. The angled lever brings the outer-most levers closer to the operators thumb to make them easier to reach and therefore more ergonomic.
