In order to ensure chemical safety in the workplace, information must be available about the identities and hazards of chemicals. OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard requires the development and availability of the information.

Manufacturers and importers are required to evaluate the hazards of the chemicals they produce or import, and prepare labels and material safety data sheets (MSDSs) to convey the hazard information to their downstream customers.

The MSDS sheets are available for the 12 oz. aerosol spray paint that we send with each order that may require touch up after shipping.  The document also contains the paint specifications for the Cleveland Tramrail product.
