Twenty-five years ago, Randy Chase started working for Gorbel as a second shift welder. 
Since then, he has worked in the saw room, packing, and shipping. He now works on first shift in main as a Welder/Fabricator.
When he’s not at work, Randy enjoys hunting deer and turkeys, and fishing. He’s been with his girlfriend, Shelley, for over 16 years, and she is one of the most important people in his life.
He’s made a lot of memories throughout his time here at Gorbel, but one of his favorite memories is the first time that Gorbel hit $1,000,000 in a week. “Dave walked around and thanked every single person in the office and shop. He was big into thanking people for all of their hard work,” Randy remembers.
Randy loves working with a group of people that are intelligent, hardworking, and passionate about their work. His motivation to work hard here revolves around Dave and Brian. “They’re so passionate about the people here,” says Randy. “They’ve treated us so well throughout all the years I’ve been here. Through the good and the bad days, they still take care of us.”
