In our
last post in April, we showed a picture of a runway on a bridge crane system. If you hadn't guessed, the problem was that two different track sizes were mated together using the top of the track instead of the bottom and an adapter.
Another issue with a system in the same facility is shown in this image below. What is the issue with this application?
